Reservation Change
Reservation changes causes recalculation and re-comparison of prices, availability control, checking the return station etc.Change in the hirer’s name, in the credit card information and picking up station are not accepted for the online reservations.In such a case please cancel your reservation and make a new one.
Reservation Cancellation
In case of reservation cancellation:
- All of your prepayment is refunded if you demand to cancel from 96 hours before your arrival.
- In cancellations demanded from 72 hours before your arrival date %50 of your prepayment will be charged.
- No refund is available for prepayments in the cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrivals.
No- show
- In case of no show the renter will be charged the entire cost of the rental.
- For delays in rentals, the day and hour mentioned in the reservation are accepted valid for the new price calculations.
- In case of 4 hours delay of the renter, Voyager Rent a Car reserves its right to relief from reservation without guarantying availability for any other vehicle.
Extension of rental or changing the place of delivery
- Voyager Rent a Car confirmation is needed for extension of rental or changing the place of delivery.
- A possible unavailability of the car may occur for the period you demanded a car and for that reason the car should be returned on the exact day and hour as indicated reservation or renting contract.
Prepayment and Deposit
- All rentals require a deposit, the amount of which is determined by the total charge.
- All rentals require a deposit, the amount of which varies depending on the insurance coverage selected per vehicle and per category.
- The deposit amount is only held by credit card.
- The cardholder must be present during the vehicle rental process.
